About Us

about us

Can I visit the distillery?

Unfortunately, the terms of our license mean that we are not currently allowed visitors at the distillery. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for opportunities to meet us for tasters and chat!

Would Cabin Pressure like to run a gin bar at my event?

We love attending local events with our gin bar, but please be aware that our calendar gets booked up quickly. Please Contact Us with details about your event and we will get back to you.

Would Cabin Pressure host a gin-tasting event for my shop/company/charity/organisation?

If you are planning an event and are interested in us hosting a small gin-tasting of our products (up to 30 people), please Contact Us to discuss if we can help. As a general rule, we would need you to cover the cost of the stock used and ensure an agreed minimum attendance.

Do Cabin Pressure provide free samples for influencer reviews?

Much as we love a bit of social media appreciation, as a small company we are unable to provide free samples.

Would Cabin Pressure support my charity event?

Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests from many worthy causes, we are not able to donate bottles for charity raffle prizes etc. Instead, we support our local charities via our Horsham Spirit Charity scheme, with a donation made for every bottle of Horsham Spirit Gin sold. A different charity is chosen every 6 months, so if you’d like to suggest your charity for a future donation, you can do so here.

Our Products

OUR PRODUCTS

Are your products vegan?

Leonardslee Botanical Garden Gin contains honey.

All our other products are free from animal-derived ingredients, although they are not labelled as ‘Vegan’ and are not registered with the Vegan Society.

Are your products suitable for people with coeliac disease?

Although gin is generally thought to be gluten-free (see the Coeliac UK guidance), there remains some debate as to whether it is safe for people with coeliac disease. We do not test our products for allergens and so do not have gluten-free certification. As such we cannot say with certainty that our products are safe for people with coeliac disease and should be consumed at your own risk.

Where can I buy Cabin Pressure gin?

You can buy our gin from our Website Shop for local or nationwide delivery, from one of our Stockists, or by visiting us at one of our events (see our Facebook page for up-to-date information). Please note that not all stockists carry all our products - we suggest calling ahead to check if they have what you’re looking for in stock.

Where do you deliver?

We offer nationwide UK courier delivery (£5, or free for orders over £100). For delivery options outside of the UK, please Contact Us.

If you live in RH12 or RH13, we offer reduced-cost delivery every Friday (£2, or free for orders over £100) - simply select ‘Local Friday delivery’ at checkout (see below for more information).

How does ‘Local Friday’ delivery work?

Local Friday is our reduced-cost local delivery option for people who live in RH12 or RH13 (£2, or free for orders over £100). Every Friday, Distiller Dave (our version of Postman Pat) drives around these postcodes dropping off the weeks’ orders. Simply put, if you select this option at checkout, your delivery will arrive the following Friday. Please note that if your order was placed after 9AM on a Friday, it may not be delivered until the following Friday. Local Friday delivery days are occasionally moved (e.g. if we’re on holiday) - this will be stated on our website and in the order confirmation email.

Can I pick up an order from the distillery?

Unfortunately, the terms of our license mean that we are not currently allowed visitors at the distillery, so orders cannot be picked-up. If you live locally (RH12/RH13) you can get reduced price delivery by selecting ‘Local Friday delivery’ at checkout (see above for more information). Alternatively, you can find our information about our regular stockists here, but please note that not all stockists carry all our products - we suggest calling ahead to check if they have what you’re looking for in stock. Keep an eye on our Facebook Events for opportunities to meet us for tasters and chat.

I made a mistake in my website shop order - can I make changes?

Our orders are usually dispatched promptly, so please Contact Us ASAP to let us know and we will amend your order if possible.

Where is my order?

Orders placed for nationwide courier delivery normally take 3-5 working days.

‘Local Friday’ RH12/13 deliveries will be made the Friday after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on our website or in the order confirmation email. If your order was placed after 9AM on a Friday, it may not be delivered until the following Friday.

If you have any concerns about a late order, please Contact Us and we will investigate for you.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Unfortunately, accidents happen! Please Contact Us within 48h of receiving the damaged package and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. If you prefer, we can issue a full refund which will be paid within 30 days. Please note that we may ask for photographs so that we can feedback to our couriers.

Do you accept returns?

If you wish to return goods that are not damaged, we will refund the item cost (excluding delivery charges) provided that the goods are returned in a sellable condition (i.e. bottles remain sealed with wax seals unbroken). Please Contact Us to inform us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of purchase and we will provide you with instructions. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Please note that you must cover the cost of return delivery.

How do I get a VAT invoice?

Please Contact Us with your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email), and we will provide one.

I am interested in stocking Cabin Pressure in my pub/restaurant/shop…

Wonderful! Please Contact Us and we will provide all the information you need. Depending on your location, we may be able to organise an introductory visit by Distiller Dave to talk through the products and get you started.

Can you make me a bespoke gin for my pub/restaurant/shop?

While we very much enjoy working with other local producers and venues, it is very time-consuming to develop new products and inefficient to distil small quantities. As such, we are only able to consider creating bespoke gins with a minimum order of 130 L. If this meets with your expectations, please do Contact Us to discuss your ideas.
