A celebration of Cabin Pressure Spirits’ marvellous hometown!
This remarkably smooth gin combines characteristics of both the ‘Old Tom’ and classic ‘London Dry’ styles. 
Low temperature vacuum distillation is used to gently extract the natural flavours and subtle sweetness from ten carefully selected botanicals. Cubeb berry, orris root, cardamom and black pepper perfectly compliment a prominent juniper base. 
Serve with your favourite Indian tonic water and a twist of lime.
