Sussex Dry Gin (40% ABV)
A perfectly balanced dry gin crafted with 13 carefully selected botanicals. Juniper-rich, with grains of paradise, cassia and cardamom, enhanced by a hint of zesty grapefruit. Serve with Indian tonic water and garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel. Shake with lemon juice and sugar syrup for a superb gin sour.
This gin is created using vacuum distillation. Our glass vacuum still operates at a much lower pressure and temperature than a traditional copper still. This gentle approach creates uniquely smooth spirits and preserves complex flavours that can be lost during conventional, high-temperature distillation.
 
Rhubarb Gin (40% ABV)
A sumptuous rhubarb gin with the perfect balance of sweet and sour. Delicious to simply sip neat over ice, or serve with your favourite mixer and a slice of lemon. For a touch of luxury, why not try a ‘Sussex 75’ by adding to a glass of fizz with a squeeze of lemon juice and sugar syrup.
This exquisite fruit gin contains no artificial additives or flavours. Instead, we use pure rhubarb juice from English farms. The juice is cold-pressed to capture the full character of the fruit, before being blended with vacuum-distilled gin and carefully sweetened to balance the rhubarb’s natural tartness.
 
Caribbean Golden Rum (40% ABV)
Aromatic cinnamon and cardamom meet rich vanilla and tonka bean, with just a hint of sour cherry to balance. Wonderfully smooth for sipping neat, yet punchy enough to pair with your favourite mixer. Whip up a Hurricane cocktail by adding lime juice, orange juice, passion fruit puree, grenadine and sugar syrup.
We start with a blend of five carefully selected Caribbean Rums from Venezuela, The Dominican Republic and Jamaica. These include a mixture of pot and column distilled spirits, both aged and unaged. This complex spirit is then infused with an exquisite blend of spices back home in our Sussex distillery.
