Welcome to Cabin Pressure Spirits!

We produce award-winning small-batch spirits and liqueurs from our micro-distillery in Horsham, West Sussex. Unusually, we use a glass vacuum-still to create our gin; a gentle low-temperature approach to distillation which results in exceptional flavour clarity and particular smoothness. Whether you like your gin spicy, floral, dry or fruity, we’re sure that one of our vacuum-distilled gins will tickle your tastebuds!
