Cabin Pressure Spirits are Horsham husband and wife, David and Emily (plus Ralph the spaniel). David started producing small-batch spirits and liqueurs from their cunningly repurposed garden shed in 2017 using a tiny, self-designed vacuum 'nano-still'. Now occupying a more sizable shed with a larger still, Cabin Pressure's product range continues to expand, including several collaborations with other local producers and venues. David and friend, Richard, can often be found at local markets and events with their distinctive timber gin bar.

All of our ingredients have been carefully selected for quality and flavour, with each gin botanical ground by hand to maximise flavour extraction.
Low temperature vacuum distillation is used to gently extract the subtle natural botanical flavours. The resulting gins are particularly smooth, with distinct flavour profiles.
Every bottle is individually wax-sealed, labelled, and numbered by hand. We design all of our product labels, with most of the artwork created by Emily.
We are proud to call Horsham home. We enjoy collaborative projects with other local businesses and make a donation to our district's charities for every bottle of Horsham Spirit Gin sold.
